- 10: Brew at the Zoo | 5 - 8pm | Specialty beer tasting event throughout the Zoo after hours. | FOSAZ Member Discount.
- 18: Party for the Planet/Endangered Species Day | 11am - 2pm | Celebrate Earth Day and Endangered Species Day with a scavenger hunt and special activities. | General Public - free with price of admission; FOSAZ Members - FREE. City of Santa Ana Residents - FREE.
AUGUST
- 16: Zoofari 2025 | 5:30 - 11pm | Black tie gala, silent/live auction, dinner/dance raising funds to help the zoo. | Request an invitation (714) 953-8555 x10.
SEPTEMBER
- 26, 27, 28: Fascination of Orchids Show | 10am - 4pm | Enjoy the sights and fragrances of thousands of exotic orchids from Californian, Asian, and South American growers. In addition, you can learn orchids tips and techniques from local growers at free classes. | General Public - free with price of admission; FOSAZ Members - FREE.
OCTOBER
- 19: Chemistry Day | 10am - 3pm | Explore educational booths featuring information on chemistry, scattered throughout the Zoo. Discover fascinating facts and learn more about the science of chemistry! | General Public - free with price of admission; FOSAZ Members - FREE.
- 18, 19, 25, 26: Boo at the Zoo "OC's Premier Halloween Event for Kids!" | 5:30 - 7:30pm | Halloween family festival with trick-or-treating, lights & decorations, nocturnal animal presentations, scavenger hunt and rides. | Additional admission required; FOSAZ Member Discount. City of Santa Ana Residents - FREE with advance reservations.
NOVEMBER
- 6: FOSAZ Board of Directors Annual Meeting | 5 - 6:30pm | Crean Family Farm Barn Classroom at the Zoo (4pm Zoo Tour)
